The selection of materials to be used in the paddles is the starting point of the ilko commitment to the latest developments in pickleball gear. Our paddles are made using lightweight rare hot and cold pressing methods which bonds materials to formst inextinguible paddles. All materials are carefully selected from the ranges of 3K to 18K glass and T700 grade carbon fiber. All production procedures are monitored to ensure all unfinished products meet predetermined standards of performance. This means all paddles go through raw material inspections, in process tests, and final evaluations to ensure all USAPA requirements are fulfilled. This also explains the ability of ilko paddles to retain optimum performance, whether in match situations or recreational use.
