Custom made performance rackets and covers are produced using state of the art manufacturing hot and cold press services. Every piece is made with the best and most expensive fiberglass and carbon fiber which is lightweight and strong. Grades include 3K and T700 and 18K. Each performed material is screened and approved before actual manufacturing can begin. QC teams closely monitor the production line for defects and other non conformance issues to ensure that every line of production achieves all of their objectives. Visual inspection, performance measurement, dimension measurement, and functionality measurement are all done to ensure product compliance. All of our custom rackets with covers are manufactured USAPA compliance.
